If you haven\u2019t contacted the driver by 30 minutes after the booked collection time, we reserve the right to regard the transfer as completed, and the vehicle will leave without replacement.

\nWe receive information about delayed flights and try to pick you up directly from your flight. If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes and your driver isn\u2019t at the airport waiting for you, ring the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation.
