How do I book a transfer?

How much luggage can I take with me?
We assume one suitcase and one piece of carry-on luggage per person.
What if I have a lot of luggage?
If you are travelling with a lot of luggage (snowboards, ski bags, bikes, golf equipment etc.) please be sure to let us know at the time of booking.
Which types of vehicles are utilized?
We utilize vehicles that are suitable for the quantity of passengers and luggage reserved, as stated in the booking confirmation. Our fleet includes a variety of car models and minibuses.
How do I contact the driver?
On your booking confirmation you will receive exact contact details for the transfer you have booked, including a telephone number.
How can I find the driver when I arrive at the airport?
Once you have retrieved your luggage and are ready to begin your journey by transfer, please call the number provided in your booking confirmation. Our driver will then pick you up from the arrival area of the airport.
How long will my transport wait for me if I am not at the agreed place at the correct time?
In the event that you fail to communicate with the driver within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, we reserve the right to consider the transfer as fulfilled, and the vehicle may depart without a replacement.In this case, any waiting time will be subject to an additional charge.
IMPORTANT: In cases of delayed flights/trains:
We receive information about delayed flights and try to pick you up directly from your flight. If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes and your driver isn’t at the airport waiting for you, ring the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation. We will then send a vehicle as soon as possible. In the event of a flight or train delay, we do not charge additional costs for any waiting time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
In the event of flight delays, we are aware of your updated arrival time and will make every effort to collect you directly from your flight. However, should your flight be delayed by more than 30 minutes and our driver is not present at the airport upon your arrival, please contact the telephone number provided in your booking confirmation. We will promptly dispatch an available vehicle to you
Will I have exclusive use of the vehicle for my airport taxi transfer?
Yes, if you have booked a private transfer, the vehicle will be exclusively for you and no other guests will be traveling with you.
Do I need to pay extra if the driver needs to wait for me?
If the delay is caused by factors outside of our control, such as a delayed flight that you are being collected from, there will be no additional charges for waiting time. However, if the delay is caused by other factors such as late departure from your hotel or stops en route necessitated by passenger needs, waiting time will be charged at a rate of €1 per minute.
When is my booking valid?
Your booking will be valid once you have received a confirmation email from us.
Do I need to do anything else if I’m travelling with children?
As a parent or travel companion traveling with children, we would like to remind you that you are responsible for bringing your own baby seats, child seats, or booster seats.
Can people with disabilities be transported?
Yes, please send us an e-mail, and we will check that we have an appropriate vehicle available.
Is smoking allowed during the journey?
No!
Is the transfer a direct service from the airport to my holiday destination?
The transfer is a direct trip as specified in the booking confirmation.
Can I take a pet with me in the vehicle on a transfer?
It is generally possible to bring pets on our transfers. However, we require advance notice if you plan to bring an animal with you. During the journey, your pet must be kept in a transport box that you provide and placed in the trunk of the vehicle.
How do I pay for my transfer?
You have the option to make payment conveniently online through Visa or MasterCard or via a bank transfer.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes, it is possible to transfer money to our bank account.
What is included in the price?
The price includes VAT for the transfer from your booked pick-up location to your booked destination.

Is the listed price per person or per vehicle?
The listed price is based on a per-vehicle rate, unless otherwise explicitly stated as a per-person rate.
How can I cancel my booking?
If a cancellation is made up to 3 days before the start of the transfer, no cancellation fees will be charged. If the amount has already been paid, any bank or credit card fees incurred will be deducted, and the remainder will be transferred to an account specified by you.
For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the start of the transfer, a fee of 20% of the transfer cost will be charged.
For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the transfer, 50% of the transfer cost will be charged.
How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
Upon cancellation of your booking, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
