Each passenger can take 1 suitcase and 1 item of hand luggage.

If you are travelling with a lot of luggage (snowboards, ski bags, bikes, golf equipment etc.) please be sure to let us know at the time of booking.

We use vehicles that are appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage booked (see booking confirmation). We have various makes of cars and minibuses in our fleet.

On your booking confirmation you will receive exact contact details for the transfer you have booked, including a telephone number.

At the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a notice with your name on it.

If you haven’t contacted the driver by 30 minutes after the booked collection time, we reserve the right to regard the transfer as completed, and the vehicle will leave without replacement.
IMPORTANT: In cases of delayed flights:
We receive information about delayed flights and try to pick you up directly from your flight. If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes and your driver isn’t at the airport waiting for you, ring the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation. We will then send a vehicle as soon as possible.

Yes. If you have booked a private transfer, no other guests will be travelling with you.

If the wait is due to a delayed flight that you are being collected from, then no additional costs are incurred.
If the delay is caused by other places of departure (e.g. hotels, apartments etc.) then waiting times are charged at €1 per minute.
This also applies to any stops en route that are necessitated by needs of passengers.

Your booking is valid once you have received the booking confirmation by e-mail.

Please tell us how many children there are, and their ages so that we can provide the appropriate child car seats.

We provide booster cushions free of charge. For child car seats or Maxi-Cosi seats (for babies up to 1 year), a charge of €10 per seat per journey applies.

The transfer is a direct journey as described on the booking confirmation.

In principle it is possible to take pets with you.
However, it is necessary that you tell us in advance that you would like to take an animal with you. During the journey, your pet must remain in the boot in a transport box provided by yourself.

You can pay conveniently online by Visa or MasterCard, or by a bank transfer.

Yes, it is possible to transfer money to our bank account.

The price includes VAT for the transfer from your booked pick-up location to your booked destination.

The price listed is per vehicle, unless it is explicitly stated that the price is per person.
