General terms of business:
Our transfers are carried out according to Austrian law, the industrial code, the law applying to the purveyance of passengers, and the rules applying to non-scheduled passenger transport.
The price of the transfer is in Euro including VAT.
The prices apply to the routes chosen by us.
In the event that you fail to communicate with the driver within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, we reserve the right to consider the transfer as fulfilled, and the vehicle may depart without a replacement.In this case, any waiting time will be subject to an additional charge.
Waiting times caused by passengers (not flight delay) will be charged at an additional € 1.- per minute, and diversions caused by passengers will be charged at € 2.- per kilometre.
If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes and your driver isn’t at the airport waiting for you, ring the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation. We will then send a vehicle as soon as possible.
Unless the customer orders otherwise, we assume the following baggage volume:
1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person. Additional luggage, skis, bulky items, golf bags, wheels, etc. must be specified in advance when ordering, otherwise they are excluded from transport.
Any change to the agreed departure times must be made at least 24 hours before the originally agreed departure time by email to info@taxi4you.at, otherwise the time as originally agreed applies. The new departure time is only valid after our confirmation, otherwise the time as originally agreed applies.
Payment options:
Transfers can be paid for online in advance using a credit card. We accept VISA or Mastercard. Depending on the user, also GooglePay and ApplePay. We will send you a link by email for payment.
Information on the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with the legal regulations regarding online ticket sales, we would like to point out that there is no right of cancellation for transfer tickets.
We offer a time-bound transport service, which means our tickets are issued for a specific date and time, which excludes the statutory right of withdrawal.
