We provide booster cushions free of charge. For child car seats or Maxi-Cosi seats (for babies up to 1 year), a charge of €10 per seat per journey applies.

When is my booking valid?
Your booking is valid once you have received the booking confirmation by e-mail.

If the wait is due to a delayed flight that you are being collected from, then no additional costs are incurred. Will I be travelling alone on an airport taxi transfer?
Yes. If you have booked a private transfer, no other guests will be travelling with you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes and your driver isn’t at the airport waiting for you, ring the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation. We will then send a vehicle as soon as possible.
How long will my transport wait for me if I am not at the agreed place at the correct time?
If you haven’t contacted the driver by 30 minutes after the booked collection time, we reserve the right to regard the transfer as completed, and the vehicle will leave without replacement. How do I find the driver at the airport?
At the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a notice with your name on it.
How do I contact the driver?
On your booking confirmation you will receive exact contact details for the transfer you have booked, including a telephone number.
What vehicles are used?
We use vehicles that are appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage booked (see booking confirmation). We have various makes of cars and minibuses in our fleet.
