We provide booster cushions free of charge. For child car seats or Maxi-Cosi seats (for babies up to 1 year), a charge of €10 per seat per journey applies.

Please tell us how many children there are, and their ages so that we can provide the appropriate child car seats.

Your booking is valid once you have received the booking confirmation by e-mail.

Yes. If you have booked a private transfer, no other guests will be travelling with you.

If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes and your driver isn’t at the airport waiting for you, ring the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation. We will then send a vehicle as soon as possible.

If you haven’t contacted the driver by 30 minutes after the booked collection time, we reserve the right to regard the transfer as completed, and the vehicle will leave without replacement. At the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a notice with your name on it.

On your booking confirmation you will receive exact contact details for the transfer you have booked, including a telephone number.

We use vehicles that are appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage booked (see booking confirmation). We have various makes of cars and minibuses in our fleet.
